Diane was a close friend of my wife, Janet (MacPherson) Welsh...they worked together at the telephone company, 'way back when'. I have only learned of her death within the past week or so and I feel so very badly that she has left us, but also that I couldn't have been there for Joe and her son. Joe and I had been friends for many years and he and Diane spent many happy hours with Janet and myself.
Diane was a very happy person, always smiling and genuinely happy to see you whenever you met. I feel very badly that so much time has passed before knowing she had died. I know she has earned a special place and I pray that she rests peacefully.
